Tenants
To reserve a property we require a £200 - non refundable deposit, Tenant Application Form and reference check fee. On receipt of these items the property will be reserved for five working days.
Paid in advance and equivalent to 6 weeks rent. This will be returned at the end of your tenancy once we are satisfied all outstanding bills are paid, any damages or breakages repaired or replaced and any necessary cleaning and maintenance work has been carried out.
We use an independent professional referencing agency to carry out thorough checks. These establish the reliability of the tenants in terms of employment, financial security, and credit history. References are also obtained from previous landlords and, where applicable, to further strengthen your position, we may opt to take a guarantor to back up a tenant's ability to meet their commitments to you.
