Full Management service is charged at 10% of the monthly rent + VAT per month.

We find the tenant, carry out a reference and credit check, and then pass the management over to the landlord. For this we charge a fixed fee ?299 + VAT.
Insurance
By protecting your interests, we are able to take the risks out of letting. However, for added security and peace of mind, we are able to provide buildings and contents insurance and rental protection guarantees.
Referencing & Credit Checks
We use an independent professional referencing agency to carry out thorough checks. These establish the reliability of your tenants in terms of employment, financial security, and credit history. References are also obtained from previous landlords and, where applicable, to further strengthen your position, we may opt to take a guarantor to back up a tenant's ability to meet their commitments to you.
Maintenance
We have a full compliment of reliable and skilled contractors to remedy whatever problem may arise in your property. Works are charged at cost + 10% management fee.
