I’ve worked successfully with hundreds of people from age 7 years to 84 years to help them increase their confidence and improve the quality of their lives.

Everyone could do with a bit more natural confidence in one or more areas of their lives, whether it's at work, at university, in a relationship, in social situations or meeting new people. It’s not unusual to feel confident in some areas of your life but feel completely lacking in confidence in others. For example, you can be confident when you're with your family or in your personal relationships - romantic or otherwise, but lack confidence at work - talking with your clients or boss, making a presentation or adapting to a new job. 

Surprisingly, lack of self-confidence is not necessarily related to lack of ability. Instead it is often the result of focusing too much on the unrealistic expectations or standards of other people in society. Parents’ and peers influences during our early years can be powerful in shaping our feelings about ourselves. In response to these and other external influences, people develop assumptions; some of these are positive and others rather negative.

The good news is you have a whole range of tools - strengths, skills, abilities and strategies - available to you that will enhance your confidence. But sometimes you may not be fully aware of them. Through successful hypnosis you can increase your confidence. You will naturally become more aware of the tools you have and the ways in which you can apply them in the face of life's challenges,

If you focus on your strengths, your skills and your general ability to cope with a situation (even if you can't change it), your feelings will be more positive.  The more you practice the tips following, the more naturally confident you’ll become.

1. Talk to yourself in a positive complimentary way and use your body as if you were already confident.

2. Daydream vividly about times in the past when you felt confident recalling as much detail as you. can, (even if it was just talking to a friend!)

3. Take at least one new risk every day no matter how small; give yourself credit for them all.
